Citroën’s international showcase C_42, on the Champs-Elysées in Paris has launched a new season called ‘Happy New Citroën.’ From life-sized vehicles to Citroën miniatures, ride-on models and pedal cars, the new season is set to inspire and encourage family car lovers of all ages.
The previous season ‘Now Future’ displayed a selection of Citroën’s most iconic concept cars including Survolt and GQbyCitroën. Now, the new season is designed to inspire gift ideas with visitors imagining themselves behind the wheel of their favourite Citroën model.
THE CITROËN RIDE-ON CAR: THE ONLY RIDE-ON CAR DESIGNED BY AUTOMOTIVE ENGINEERS
The ride-on car and first Citroën model for one-year olds makes its debut appearance this season. Developed by Citroën’s Styling Centre, the metal ride-on car complements the distinctive styling of DS3 with its trimmed steering wheel, chrome-plated grille complete with Citroën chevrons, ‘shark fin’ and black diamond-effect wheels.
CITROËN’S DISTINCTIVE DS3 PEDAL CAR
For toddlers (3 years old), Citroën has created a replica of DS3 that advances on the features of the ride-on car by including detailed chrome strips, DS badge, wheel rims and lights.
THE CITROËN GARAGE: THE BRAND UNIVERSE ON A CHILD’S SCALE
The two-storey toy garage reflects the visual aspects of Citroën’s dealerships and is the ideal companion to house Citroën’s range of miniatures. Children can let imaginations run wild playing with the petrol pumps, car wash, repair ramp and access ramps.
THE BIGGEST CHILD
Not forgetting adults, the new season at C_42 is giving away a weekend break to a four-star hotel in Normandy in France. To be in with a chance of winning, the biggest child of the family will get the opportunity to go behind the wheel of a Citroën DS3 Racing, battling against the recently crowned nine-time FIA World Rally Champion, Sébastien Loeb. Visitors who send a greeting card from the special iPad station situated on the first floor of C_42 will also be automatically entered into the prize draw.
