An ergonomic driving position
The SUV inspired design of the Citroën Berlingo Multispace will put you at ease with the sense of space, and flexible loading and seating options. Controls are easy to hand, like the dashboard-mounted gear lever and the driver's seat and steering wheel are height adjustable for optimum comfort.
A highly modular design
The Citroën Berlingo Multispace features a 2/3-1/3 split-fold rear seat as standard. Depending on trim level there are three independent rear seats of identical size and with folding backrests. All sorts of combinations are possible: everything moves and everything can be changed. Larger family? You can also opt for a 7-seater version with two additional, identical seats in row 3 as part of the Family Pack on the 1.6HDi 90hp VTR model.
There's plenty of space for all onboard the Berlingo. With a head room of just over 1metre at the front and plenty of elbow room. The rear passengers gain space with the flat floor and seats are higher than at the front with head room of just under 1 metre. Long legs? The Berlingo Multispace also sets the standard in the class for knee room.
The Berlingo wants to make your life easier, and clutter free - so you'll find all sorts of handy compartments inside. There's a moveable central console between the front seats, two glove boxes (one for the driver underneath the steering wheel) and two boxes at the feet of the rear passengers.
The unique Modutop®
The Citroën Modutop®, optional on VTR and XTR models, inspired by aircraft design, combines a glazed roof, multiple storage compartments (up to 60 litres of storage), and a dual-access boot together with individual ventilation and lighting controls to bring enhanced comfort and even a little magic into the lives of passengers at the rear, especially the kids. The rear compartment integrated with the Modutop® can be accessed through the opening rear window from the outside for easier loading.
