The C3 engine range satisfies both a sporty and economical nature. There’s no reason why you can’t enjoy your car’s performance on the open road and still enjoy great fuel-economy and surprisingly low emissions.
There are six engines to choose from, so there’s one to suit your wallet, your driving style and where you do most of your driving. The 1.1i 60hp petrol engine is perfect for today’s urban environment, with low emissions and low fuel consumption, even in heavy traffic. Then there’s a 75hp 1.4i petrol, with a little extra power, making it a superb all-rounder. And if you like the open road, there’s a 16-valve 1.4i 90hp petrol engine, available with manual or automatic transmission - this one’s a lot of fun, but it won’t break the bank when it comes to refueling.
Onto our excellent, low emission diesel range - the 1.4HDi 70hp will achieve up to 70mpg fuel economy, yet it gives great all-round performance on city streets or out on the open road. And the 1.6HDi 92hp’s great performance is matched only by its impressive number of miles to each gallon of diesel, and low carbon emissions.
