a. ‘On the Road’ prices
On the road prices include VAT, delivery to dealer including number plates,Government First Registration Fee and 12 months' graduated vehicle excise duty. Participating dealer contribution or Citroën Reward has been deducted where applicable. All offers are subject to stock availability, from participating dealers. Black/metallic/pearlescent/Botticelli Blue/ Babylon paint optional at extra cost.
b. Official Government fuel consumption figures (Range):

c. Warranty
3 years' warranty is only on new cars sourced from Citroën UK Limited. 2years' unlimited mileage manufacturer's warranty and no fee customer option of 3rd year dealer provided extended warranty, up to a 3 year total of 60,000 miles.
d. Citroën Reward Offer
Citroën Reward offer available at participating Citroën Dealers to qualifying retail customers only and applies to the purchase of selected newly registered Citroen C1, C3, C3 Black & White Special Edition, C3 Picasso, NemoMultispace, Berlingo Multispace, New C4, C4 Picasso & Grand C4 Picasso.Vehicles must be ordered and delivered 1 January2012 – 31 March 2012. Customers with a centrally negotiated agreement with Citroën UK Ltd, National Fleets,Motability, Contract Hire Schemes and Driving School Programmes are excluded.
e. Finance Offers
Finance offers apply to qualifying new vehicles ordered between 1 January 2012 and 31 March 2012. Offers available to qualifying retail customers excluding Citroën Contract Motoring. f. Contract Hire Rates Car & Vans
Rentals shown are the weekly equivalent of a monthly payment. An advance rental will be required. g. Elect 4 Personal Finance Lease
Elect 4 Personal finance lease apply to qualifying new vehicles ordered and delivered 1 January 2012 and 31 March 2012. One initial bulk advanced rental will be required. Excess mileage charges may apply if the agreed annual mileage is exceeded. Payment of the optional final rental extends the rental term (thisdoes not transfer title of the vehicle) & requires an annual rental equivalent to one months' rental. All based on a 48 month contract with an agreed 10,000 miles per annum. All rentals inclusive of VAT. Finance subject to status. Over 18s only. 2. Van Retail Offers
a. Manufacturer's Recommended Basic Prices
Van prices exclude VAT, delivery, number plates, Government First Registration Fee and Vehicle Excise Duty. Metallic paint optional at extra cost. Offer prices shown are Basic price less participating dealer contribution where applicable.
Offer applies to qualifying Citroën Vans ordered and delivered from 1 January 2012 until 31 March 2012. Offer subject to stock availability from participating dealers, excluding National Fleet, Motability and Contract Hire schemes.
All Citroën Accessories prices are Recommended Retail Prices including VAT and excluding fitting. Any prices shown do not constitute a binding offer and are available at participating dealers only. Contact your dealer to understand accessory availability and the exact price. For an accessory that requires fitting by a Citroën dealer, the warranty will be affected if another party fits the accessory.
b. Contract Hire Rental
Contract Hire rental includes: delivery to dealership, Citroën Roadside Assistance, Government Vehicle Excise Duty and Government First Registration Fee. c. Free Fuel for a Year Offer
‘Free Fuel for a Year' amount is equivalent to value of fuel required to cover 10,000 miles in any van in the Citroën range which will be provided on a preloaded MasterCard® debit card.
Preloaded amounts based on lowest combined fuel consumption figures for each engine available in each model range over an average of 10,000 miles. Fuel cost based on UK average Unleaded 95 Octane Petrol of 135.6p and Diesel of 139.8p as per the AA July Fuel Price Report - "www.theaa.com/motoring_advice/fuel/".
Offer available on any new Citroën van ordered from 1 January 2012 and delivered by 31 March 2012. MasterCard® debit card is issued by Clydesdale Bank PLC pursuant to license by MasterCard® International.
This card is an electronic money product. The electronic money associated with this card is provided by Prepay Technologies Ltd, a company regulated by the Financial Services Authority for the issuance of electronic money. PrepayTechnologies Ltd is a registered service provider of Clydesdale Bank PLC. A cash alternative to Free Fuel is available.
d. Low Emission Zone 'LEZ' Allowance
Applies to all new vans - excluding Berlingo First. Applies to Retail and Business (excluding CCM and Citroën Finance Personal Lease) deliveries. The new vehicle purchased must be delivered between 1 May 2011 and 31 March 2012.
Each Claim Form must be submitted with a copy of the customer's Vehicle Registration Document (V5) and the letter received from Transport for London.
The customer name and address in which the new vehicle is registered must be identical.If the customer wishes to have their vehicle disposed of it must have a valid MOT (copy required), be properly insured and be legal to be driven on the highway. In order to qualify for free of charge disposal via an Authorised Treatment Facility:
There must be no waste in the vehicle
All significant components such as engine, chassis, bodywork, catalytic converter, wheels and electronic control unit (ECU) must be present the vehicle must be a passenger vehicle with a maximum of 9 seats or a commercial vehicle with a maximum weight of 3.5 tonnes.

£249 Servicing Package offer applies to qualifying retail customers when purchasing selected C3 (excl VT, Black & White, 1.4i 75 Manual VTR+ and HDi 70 Manual VTR+ models) and C3 Picasso diesel (excluding diesel VT and VTR+ models) only, ordered and delivered 1 February to 31 March 2012. The fixed price Servicing Package,which lasts for 36 months or 35,000 miles (*whichever occurs sooner) provides all the customer’s vehicle’s servicing needs. d. Complimentary Servicing & Assistance Package Offer
Complimentary Servicing & Assistance Package offer applies to qualifying retail customers when purchasing DS3, DS4 and DS5 models only, ordered and delivered 1st February to 31 March 2012. Price includes VAT @ 20%. Servicing & Assistance Package offer is not available in conjunction with ALL consumer offers. Please speak to your local dealer for full details. Servicing element includes: Scheduled Servicing, Annual Service (for vehicles on 2 year cycle, where needed) and Brake Fluid. e. Servicing & MOT Offer
Offer available until 31 December 2012.
Vehicles must be 4 years or older from date of registration.
Option to add an MOT test is not available in Northern Ireland.
If required, MOT re-tests will be undertaken free of charge, providing that the vehicle does not leave the premises until any required work is carried out or, is returned before the end of the next working day for required repair work to be completed and a certificate issued.

f. Fixed Price Repairs Offer
Available at participating dealers only.
Available for all Citroën cars and vans, regardless of age. Subject to availability of Genuine Citroën Parts or Approved Citroën Parts.
We’ll refund the difference if you find a lower price for a ‘Fixed Price Repair’, (front windscreen wipers £29, front or rear brake pads £95, front brake pads & discs £225, rear brake pads & discs, £275, timing belt £295. The repair must be like-for-like, using Genuine Citroën Parts and within 15 miles.
