DS3 Racing – Order process
Orders will be managed through a dedicated DS3 Racing order line: 0800 032 1776.The DS3 Racing line will ‘go live’ on 1st September and will be open for the customer (or dealer on their behalf) to reserve a DS3 Racing. During the call, the customers’ full details will be recorded and they will be asked to nominate their preferred dealer. Where the customer is unable to nominate a dealer, the nearest geographical dealer will beselected.
Once complete, the customer will be emailed a reservation confirmation. Following this notification dealer should invite the customer to visit their Showroom to present their emailed reservation confirmation and pay a deposit.
During this meeting with the customer dealer will need to confirm the following in relation to their order:
1. Their colour choice (Obsidian Black/Sports Orange or Polar White/Carbon Grey)
2. DS3 Racing Spirit
3. ‘MyWay’ Satellite Navigation
It is anticipated that deliveries will commence from January 2011.
The featured OTR MRRP will include VAT at the 20% rate. Should a customer wish to pay for their vehicle in full before 4th January 2011, they need only pay VAT at the current 17.5% rate.
Warranty
∆ 3 years’ warranty is only on new cars sourced from Citroën UK Limited. 2 years’ unlimited mileage manufacturer’s warranty and no fee customer option of 3rd year dealer provided extended warranty, up to a 3 year total of 60,000 miles.
