h. MOT Test Cover
The MOT Test Cover is in addition to your legal rights, and does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. There must be a minimum of 3 months before your MOT test is due. Any exploratory dismantling charges will
only be reimbursed as part of a valid claim. It is the responsibility of the vehicle owner to authorise dismantling and to pay charges if such dismantling proves that the failure is not covered by the MOT Test Cover. If any claim
is fraudulent in any respect all benefits under this MOT Test Cover will be forfeited. The reimbursement for any claim under this MOT Test Cover shall not exceed the manufacturer’s list prices for parts and labour costs
necessarily incurred in repair of covered components up to the maximum claim liability stipulated on in this document. The Administrator shall not be liable for any statement or representation, written or verbal (by whomsoever
made), which contradicts the terms and conditions in this MOT Test Cover, unless such statement or representation is supported in writing by the Company on their behalf. A VAT receipted invoice from your Citroën dealer
must support all claims.
This MOT Test Cover does not cover:
The cost of the MOT test or re-test. Any parts which have not actually failed, which are replaced or reported during routine servicing and/or repair of other parts which have failed. Any component covered by any other existing
warranties or insurances. Any loss to the MOT Cover Holder in excess of the maximum claim liability. Liability which attaches by virtue of an agreement but which would not have attached in the absence of the said agreement.
Any liability for death, bodily injury, or damage to other property or any consequential loss of whatsoever nature arising directly or indirectly from the claim or event giving rise to a claim under this MOT Test Cover.
Territorial Limits
Cover under this MOT Test Cover may only be granted to individuals residing, or corporate bodies registered in the United Kingdom.
How to Claim under your MOT Test Cover
Simply take your vehicle to the nearest or supplying Citroën dealer. The dealer will then take responsibility for establishing that the parts involved in the repair, deemed necessary by the “notification of refusal to issue a MOT
Certificate” (VT30), are covered by this MOT Test Cover. The dealer will be responsible for obtaining prior authorisation from Citroën Extended Warranty Administration.

Important: No repair should commence until the Citroën Extended Warranty Administration Customer Services Department gives authorisation.
Citroën Extended Warranty Administration reserves the right to examine any vehicle and subject the parts being repaired to expert assessment before commencement of any repairs. It shall be clearly understood and agreed
that in the event of any dispute arising as to the extent of the liability, the decision of the assessor shall be final and binding on both the Administrator and the MOT Cover Holder.
* In Northern Ireland your authorised Citroën repairer will carry out a pre-test MOT Inspection, and will submit your vehicle for the MOT test on your behalf.
Note: Claims must be received by Citroën Extended Warranty Administration within 30 days of the date of completion of the repairs, otherwise they cannot be accepted. Claims received beyond this date will be subject to
review in terms of the reason for delay and it will be at the Administrator’s discretion to accept such claims.

Data Protection Authorisation Statement
In processing and managing this agreement, the Administrator will collect, transfer and store the information you have provided in their secure servers based in the United States of America. The Administrator has taken
measures to ensure that there is an adequate equivalent level of protection of your information in the U.S.A. in accordance with legislation in the United Kingdom. In compliance with the Data Protection Act 1998, you are
entitled to ask us to amend our records about you if they are not correct, and you may request a copy of the information we hold about you by applying to us in writing addressed to: Compliance Officer, Car Care Plan Limited,

4. Competitions
a. New C1 Connexion Competition
1. This competition (“Promotion”) is only open to legal residents of Great Britain who are aged 18 years or over, and hold a full, current and valid UK driver’s licence. Proof of age, UK residency and a full current and valid UK driving licence will be required.
2. Employees (or family members of employees) of any group company of the Promoter, companies associated with the Promotion and all affiliates of such companies, companies or persons involved in the sale of the Promoter’s products, including but not limited to Citroën dealers may not enter this Promotion.
3. Entrants will be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions and agreed to be bound by them when entering this Promotion.

New C1 Connexion Badge Design Competition: 8th May – 6th June
15. The C1 Connexion Badge Design Competition will start on Tuesday 8th May at 12pm and end on Friday 18th May at 12pm.
16. Entrants can submit multiple C1 Connexion badge designs to Citroën UK between 8th and 18th May via the competition email cukcompetitions@citroen.com
17. Citroën UK will select up to 5 favourable badge designs submitted by entrants to work with based on Citroen brand guidelines and visual preference.
18. Citroën UK alongside a creative agency will take badge concepts and inspiration from designs submitted by entrants to create an actual badge design for New C1 Connexion.
19. All entrants whose design(s) are used by Citroën UK in the creation of the actual badge design for New C1 Connexion agree to assign their copyright, moral rights and any related rights in the design(s) to Citroën UK and will execute all documentation necessary to affect such assignments.
20. Entrants in submission of a badge design agree to permission for Citroën UK to publish their design/concept on Facebook for Facebook fans to vote for their favourite badge design from 22 May at 12pm – 6 June at 12pm by ‘liking’ their favourite design.
21. The Promoter does not accept responsibility for network, computer, smartphone, hardware or software failures of any kind, which may restrict or delay the sending or receipt of your entry, or may result in incorrect operation of the Promotion (which if remediable by the Promoter, the Promoter shall at its discretion endeavour to remedy as quickly and fairly as possible).

Entries sent in through agents or third parties, incomplete, illegal or fraudulent entries, or entries which do not otherwise satisfy the requirements of these Terms and Conditions, will be disqualified and will not be counted. 5. To access this Promotion, entrants must have a personal account on Facebook, visit the Citroën UK Facebook page and use the facility provided to indicate that they "Like" Citroën UK. Entrants must register to apply for a table at ‘Delicious By DS5’ by providing their full name, address, date of birth and full contact details including email address and telephone number, and follow all other instructions. The Promoter will use each entrant’s personal details for the purpose of administering this Promotion and keeping entrants informed of new models, offers and events. 6. To be eligible to apply for a table at ‘Delicious By DS5’, entrants must complete the booking form between 12pm on Monday 23 April 2012 and 12pm on Tuesday 8 May 2012. The winner(s) will be selected at random on Wednesday 9 May 2012 from amongst valid entrants by an independent process or person. Successful bookings (upto 255 covers) will be notified between Wednesday 9 May 2012 and Friday 11 May 2012.
7. Closing date: 9am on Tuesday 8 May 2012
8. Once the Promoter has confirmed reservations by telephone and email, a charitable donation of £5 per person must be made by Tuesday 15 May to FareShare through the Promoter’s dedicated Just Giving page to secure the booking. If payment is not made by Tuesday 15 May, the reservation will be given to another applicant.
9. The required £5 per person charitable donation to FareShare cannot be made at the ‘Delicious By DS5’ restaurant.
10. If any winner is not able, for any reason, to accept a prize - including because the winner’s entry is disqualified for any reason - or cannot be contacted within 3 working days of the draw date, the Promoter reserves the right to repeat the selection process and award the prize to the next successful entrant.
11. Winning entrants under the age of 16 years must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 years or over.
12. Alcohol and other drinks will be sold by Temple & Shian caterers and not the Promoter.
13. Each winning entrant who is a guest at the “Delicious by DS5’ with Tim Anderson restaurant and is aged 18 years or over will receive one courtesy glass of sparkling wine upon arrival. All other drinks (alcoholic, non-alcoholic and hot beverages) will need to be purchased by all guests before leaving the ‘Delicious by DS5’ restaurant and their cost will not be reimbursed by the Promoter.
14. The Promoter adheres to a strict zero tolerance policy with regard to drink driving.
15. The Promoter and Temple & Shian reserve the right to refuse to sell alcohol to anyone who appears under the age of 25, or who appears to be under the influence of drugs, or unduly under the influence of alcohol.
16. The consumption of alcohol must remain within the premises of the ‘Delicious By DS5’ restaurant.
17. Offensive or abusive behaviour to staff at the ‘Delicious by DS5’ restaurant will not be tolerated and guests exhibiting such behaviour may be asked to leave.
18. The Promoter does not accept responsibility for network, computer, hardware or software failures of any kind, which may restrict or delay the sending or receipt of your entry, or may result in incorrect operation of the Promotion (which if remediable by the Promoter, the Promoter shall at its discretion endeavour to remedy as quickly and fairly as possible).
19. Entries sent in through agents or third parties, incomplete, illegal or fraudulent entries, or entries which do not otherwise satisfy the requirements of these terms and conditions, will be disqualified and will not be counted. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant if it has reason to believe anyone voting for their submission has been paid or incentivised in any way either by that entrant or a third party.
20. Prize:
1. Exclusive five course meal (excluding drinks) for up to six people at the ‘Delicious By DS5’ with Tim Anderson restaurant. Availability of tables is between Wednesday 16 May 2012 to Saturday 19 May 2012
21. There is no cash alternative to the prizes (or any part of them) and unless agreed otherwise in writing the prizes are non-refundable and non-transferable.
22. The Promoter reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without notifying the entrants.
23. The Promoter cannot guarantee the appearance of Tim Anderson at any time during the ‘Delicious By DS5’ restaurant.
24. The Promoter's decisions shall be final and binding in all respects on all entrants. No correspondence will be entered into other than as set out in these Terms and Conditions. Entries that do not comply in full with these entry rules and conditions will be disqualified.
25. Except in the case of death or personal injury arising from its negligence, or in respect of fraud, and so far as is permitted by law, the Promoter and its associated companies and agents exclude responsibility and all liabilities arising from:
a) any postponement or cancellation of the Promotion, and
b) any act or default of any third party supplier, which are beyond the Promoter's reasonable control, and
c) any act or default of any third party supplier, which are beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control.
26. The winner(s) agree (and shall procure that their guests agree):
- to follow all reasonable instructions of the Promoter and its representatives at all times, and to behave appropriately. The Promoter reserves the right to exclude (at any time) any winner or guest who behaves in a manner which is offensive or disruptive;
- to allow the Promoter to use their name, performance and likeness for advertising and publicity purposes without additional remuneration throughout the world in perpetuity in any and all media, including, without limitation, on the Promoter’s Facebook page and website and on YouTube;
- to participate in all publicity activities related to the Promotion as required by the Promoter, including but not limited to a public presentation of the prize; and
- to sign such further documentation as is required by the Promoter in connection with the Promotion, including without limitation any further waivers of liability and publicity releases and waivers of moral rights and all similar rights.
27. Details of the prize winner’s name and county will be available for one month after the close of the Promotion by writing to the Promoter at the address set out below and stating the name and closing date of the Promotion. Otherwise, no correspondence shall be entered into other than with the winner and the Promoter’s decision is final.
28. This Promotion, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. You irrevocably agree that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim that arises out of or in connection with this Promotion.

30. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook. You understand that you are providing your information to Citroën UK Limited and not to Facebook. The information you provide will be used in accordance with Citroën UK Limited's Privacy Policy.
c. Free Tyre Check Competition
- Citroën employees or members of their families, and those engaged with this programme are excluded from entry.
- Only one entry per household is allowed.
- Only completed official entry forms will be accepted. Photocopies are not permitted.
- Purchase is not a pre-condition of entry.
- The closing date for all entries is 31 July 2012. The draw will take place on 10 August 2012. The winner will be notified by post within 14 days of the draw taking place.
- No cash alternative will be offered.
- Proof of posting will not be accepted as proof of delivery. Responsibility cannot be accepted for lost of mislaid entries.
- The judge’s decision is final; no correspondence will be entered into.
