Extended Warranty and Service Plans FAQ

I have not yet taken out an extended warranty or a service plan. What should I do?

 If you are interested in an extended warranty, you can request one until your vehicle is two years old. Do you want a service plan? Is your car under 12 months?

Can I amend my extended warranty or service plan?

Yes, You can increase the term and/or mileage of your contract before it expires. The amount due will be recalculated and confirmed.

What happens if I exceed the term or mileage that I purchased?

Your extended warranty or service plan ends as soon as you reach the term or mileage you signed up for. However, you have the option of extending the term and/or mileage before the end of your contract.

What if my car is stolen or damaged?

In this case, your contract will end on the date of the theft or accident (if the vehicle is written off) and you will be advised of any charges or credit due.

What if I sell my car?

If you sell your vehicle prior to the contract ending, you can request an early termination to the contract. You will then be advised of any charges or credit due.
