HOW TO ORDER YOUR NEW CAR ONLINE
STEP 1: CONFIGURE WITH BUILD
Begin by building your vehicle in our configurator.
Choose the version that fits your monthly budget.
Choose the fuel type and gearbox you’d like.
Play with paint colours, interior trim ambiances and personalisation options to arrive at your ideal brand new Citroën.
You can even add optional extras and accessories and see in real time how this will affect your monthly payments
STEP 2: REQUEST A VALUATION OF YOUR PART EXCHANGE
If you’re planning on part exchanging your existing car for a new Citroën we’ll provide you with an estimated value
Just enter the registration, mileage and condition of your car and answer a few simple questions.
You’ll then receive an instant, free valuation which you can choose to put towards the purchase of a new Citroën online or at your local Citroën retailer*
STEP 3: BUILD YOUR FINANCE
Decide on the finance option which works best for you.
If personal contract purchase (PCP) is your preferred finance option, then the next stage is to decide on the size of your deposit and to confirm the length of the contract and your expected annual mileage.
If PCP is not the finance option for you then at this stage you can save your order. You then have all the information ready to share with your Citroën retailer who will be able to look at other finance options available to you.
STEP 4: SELECT YOUR RETAILER
Once you have tailored your PCP finance to meet your requirements you can move on to selecting the Citroën retailer you would like to handle your order.
You’ll then be asked to provide your personal information which will be used to complete your finance proposal through PSA finance UK ltd. You can enter this information via the MyCitroën app.
Once you have been accepted for finance you can then place your online order.

As your online order progresses, we will keep you up to date with its status every step of the way and are on hand to answer any queries you may have. In terms of looking after your car once it arrives, your new citroën comes with a 3-year warranty plus one year roadside assistance, exactly the same as if you had bought at a citroën retailer. Additional service plans can also be purchased for your new car up to 12 months after its registration date, for even more peace of mind.
