UP TO 80% CHARGE IN 30 MINS*

Citroën ë-SpaceTourer Electric has 3 battery charging methods:

  • Private or public rapid charging using a rapid-charging Wallbox (32A single-phase Wallbox or 16A three-phase Wallbox)
  • Super-fast charging at a public terminal to charge the 50kWh battery to up to 80% in 30 min*
  • Domestic charging compatible with a standard 8A socket (takes 28 hours to fully charge - not recommended for regular use)

 

*You can obtain 15-80% of the vehicle charge in 30 minutes from a 100kw rapid charging station. The vehicle will rapid charge at a rate of up to 100KW, depending on the power of a rapid charging station used and will take longer to charge at a lower power

Citroën ë-SpaceTourer Electric provides a reassuring driving experience, with zero CO₂ emissions at tailpipe whilst driving. It offers two different ranges, dependent on driving conditions:

. Up to 136 miles on the WLTP combined cycle

. Up to 200 miles on the WLTP city cycle

The 50 kWh advanced lithium-iron battery is guaranteed for eight years or 100,000 miles for 70% of its charge capacity.

THREE DRIVING MODES

To offer you the best driving experience, ë-SpaceTourer Electric offers three driving modes:

  • Normal mode offers the best compromise between driving range and dynamic performance 
  • Eco mode optimises electricity consumption
  • Power mode maintains vehicle performance at a maximum charge. The ë-Toggle gearbox controller on the centre console selects the Park, Reverse, Neutral, Drive and Handbrake functions

EASY RECHARGING

 Ë-SpaceTourer Electric stands out for its great ease of use. The charging flap is located on the front-left wing and incorporates an LED so that you can visually monitor charging progress. The ë-SpaceTourer Electric's charging hatch features a colour code to visually track the charging process. It can also be viewed remotely via the MyCitroën app.

Charging can be programmed, to benefit from more reasonable off-peak electricity tariffs where available. You can programme a deferred charge time by either using the car’s touchscreen or from your smartphone via the MyCitroën app.

SEVERAL CHARGING METHODS

Of the three charging options, the fastest is to use a Wall Box or public terminal.

A 7.4 kW Wall Box installed at your home or work provides a 0 to 100% charge in 7h 30mins.

On a 100kW public terminal, the 50kWh battery in Citroën ë-SpaceTourer Electric can achieve up to 80% charge in just 30 minutes*, topping its segment for super-fast charging times.

 

To help you install your charging solution, Citroën recommends its charging partner, Pod Point. Pod Point are market leaders, both in terms of volume of points installed, as well as positive reviews. They can also assist with business and fleet customer installations, as they are fully approved for the government workplace charging grant.

ELECTRIC INFORMATION

On board Citroën ë-SpaceTourer Electric, a specific instrument panel permanently displays the battery charge level and consumption level of electrical equipment such as heating and air-conditioning.

The 7” colour capacitive touchscreen includes an “Energy” section displaying all the information about the specific electrical features of ë-SpaceTourer Electric, such as energy flow (particularly battery charge level), your consumption statistics and deferred charging settings.

MY CITROËN AND SMARTPHONE APP

The MyCitroën app provides you with information about the charge status of your ë-SpaceTourer Electric and the remaining range. You can also schedule deferred charging and programme cabin pre-conditioning to a comfortable 21 degrees.
