Can I have my Ami delivered anywhere?
You will have the option to collect your Ami from your nearest participating retailer.
Or select a home delivery, for a fee (restrictions apply; home delivery excludes delivery addresses in Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, and the Scottish Highlands).
Is paid delivery the only delivery solution offered?
No. You may also choose to have your Ami delivered to your nearest participating Citroën Ami Retailer, free of charge.
When will I know when my Ami is going to be delivered?
You should check our product pages for the latest estimate availability.
For delivery to be confirmed, you must have first:
paid in full for cash orders
have your finance application accepted by Stellantis Financial Services UK Ltd. and your deposit paid. Your 14-day right of withdrawal period must have expired for the PCP product.
You will then be contacted to arrange your delivery.
What do I need to present at the time of delivery?

What ways can I pay? (Cash Purchases)

What is the outright purchase (cash) payments process? (Cash Purchases)
At the point you place your order, we will ask you to pay a £500 deposit online. Once your Ami has been shipped to the UK, we will send you an invoice via email for the remaining purchase balance. Once you have paid the balance, we will contact you to arrange a handover day:
For which financial product(s) can I apply online? (Finance Purchases and Leasing)
You can select the Monthly Payments (finance) option on the online journey for a Personal Contract Purchase. This finance option is available to eligible customers who are 18 years & over.
For Business Lease queries, contact your local Citroen Ami Retailer.
Who is the financing partner? (Finance Purchases and Leasing)
When you choose the Monthly Payments option, your contract for the purchase of your Ami will be with our financing partner (Stellantis Financial Services UK Ltd). For details about how the finance process works, including how you will make payments and to whom, please refer to your finance agreement.

What is PCP finance?
PCP means Personal Contract Purchase and is a way of financing a vehicle purchase.
With Personal Contract Purchase (PCP), you can purchase your vehicle with a deposit, monthly payments and, if you wish to own the vehicle at the end, a balloon payment (also know as the Guaranteed Future Value). Since you won’t have to pay for part of the car until the end of the contract, this gives you additional flexibility.

IS THE AMI A CAR OR A QUADRICYCLE – WHAT’S THE DIFFERENCE?
Citroën Ami is a 100% all-electric urban mobility solution classifying as a light quadricycle. It’s not a car!
Ami falls into the L6E vehicle category, meaning there are some differences to a standard car. It is more comparable to a moped or scooter. Unlike a moped or scooter though, AMI has protection in the form of a roof, doors and seatbelts. It is also more visible to other road users, and will shield up to two people from the elements.
It’s easy to drive: 3 buttons, 3 modes - Drive, Neutral, Reverse - and it
It’s turns tighter than a taxi.
It’sbeautifully simple: the front and rear panels are the same, as are the door panels on either side. That’s why the doors open asymmetrically. Simpler to build = more affordable to more people.
The bodywork is 100% recyclable, and the battery is 85% recyclable.
DO YOU HAVE TO INSURE THE AMI ?
Yes, owners must have at least third-party insurance to drive AMI on the road in the UK, just as they would a motor scooter or moped
