Our recently introduced online ordering system is proving popular. Customers are enjoying the experience of configuring their ideal Citroën, getting a free valuation of their part exchange and building their finance package all in the comfort of their own home. We think that providing the reassurance of a 5 year warranty complements this process perfectly.
We will repair or replace, free of charge, any faulty parts covered by the warranty.
For the first 12 years of your car’s life (5 years for commercial vehicles), your vehicle is protected for corrosion (rust) by our anti-perforation warranty no matter how many miles you cover. The anti-perforation warranty covers the repair or replacement of components acknowledged to be faulty by Citroën. We will rectify any manufacturing defects in the paintwork within three years of your Citroën first being registered.
Our new generation of electric vehicles delivered from 2020 offer an 8-year,100,000 mile, fully transferable traction battery warranty, covering performance to 70% of original battery capacity.
What are the benefits?
Warranty support covers unlimited mileage in the first two years and is limited to 60,000 miles (100,000 miles on commercial vehicles) in the third year.
If you buy a Citroën which is less than three years old the warranty will transfer to you

The Top-up warranty covers most components for mechanical and electrical failure
What are the benefits?
The manufacturer warranty is subsequently supported, by a mechanical breakdown Top-up warranty for a further 2 years or the balance in mileage up to 100,000 miles
There are additional benefits to the Top-up warranty, namely that if your vehicle requires repairs which are covered by this warranty you may claim for a replacement hire car (UK only)
Plus, if your vehicle has broken down and you are unable to return home and the repairs are covered by the Top-up warranty you may claim up to £150.00 for one night’s accommodation (incl VAT) for hotel expenses or travel expenses
It is a condition of the warranty that your vehicle is serviced at regular intervals, as recommended by its manufacturer. We recommend throughout the Top Up Warranty period, servicing and repair work to be carried out by an authorised Citroën repairer.
