At Citroën UK, the health and well-being of our customers, Retailers and colleagues is our number one priority. Citroën and its network of Retailers continue to respond to the latest guidance and advice from the UK Government to support their efforts to control the spread of the virus.  


With different COVID-19 restrictions now implemented in each of the four nations, please see the table below for a summary status of Citroën UK Retailers by home nation. In addition, we would recommend that you check the COVID-19 restrictions in your home country. 


Our Retailers remain available digitally and via telephone, the Citroën Online Store is also available.

Each nation's operating restrictions are summarised below, please rest assured that Citroën is with you during this challenging time.  


As of 5th January 2021, The English Government has imposed national lockdown restrictions. As a result, all English Citroën Retailers showrooms are now closed, workshops remain open for any essential maintenance or repair work. Click and collect and home delivery are available at participating Retailers. 


As of Saturday 19th December, Wales is at alert level four. This means all Retail Showrooms are closed but home delivery and click and collect are still available at participating Retailers. Retail workshops remain open for any maintenance and repair work.


From 4th January 2021, mainland Scotland moved into protection level four. All Retail showrooms will close, but home delivery and click and collect will still be available at participating Retailers. All Retailer workshops will remain open for essential maintenance and repairs.


From Saturday 26th December, additional restrictions were applied to the whole of Northern Ireland. During this period, all Retail showrooms will close. All Retailer workshops will remain open for essential maintenance and repair work only.
