At Citroën UK, the health and well-being of our customers, Retailers and colleagues is our number one priority. Citroën and its network of Retailers continue to respond to the latest guidance and advice from the UK Government and devolved Governments, supporting their efforts to control the spread of the virus.  


Different COVID-19 restrictions are implemented in each of the four nations. Please see the table below for a summary status of Citroën UK Retailers by each nation. In addition, we would recommend that you check the COVID-19 restrictions and advice in your country.

Each nation's operating restrictions are summarised below, please rest assured that Citroën is with you during this challenging time.  Our Retailers also remain available digitally and via telephone, the Citroën Online Store is also available.  


As of Monday 12th April 2021, the Government has allowed the reopening of non-essential retail. As a result, all English Citroën Retailers showrooms and workshops are open.  Click and collect and home delivery are available at participating Retailers.  


As of Monday 12th April 2021, Wales sees the reopening of non-essential retail. As a result, all Welsh Citroën Retailers showrooms and workshops are open.  Click and collect and home delivery are available at participating Retailers.  


As of 19th July 2021 the whole of Scotland moved to alert Level 0. All retail showrooms and workshops are permitted to open.


Since 26th July 2021 close contact retail services can operate without appointments and have overlapping appointments, meaning that all retail showrooms and workshops are permitted to open.
