The high and horizontal bonnet features concave indentations with chromed chevrons extending across the entire width of the car. They flow into dual-height front lights using Citroën LED Vision lighting technology. As well as providing maximum visibility, these reinforce the high-tech look of the car.
Dynamic roof line
At 4.6 m long, the Citroën C4 X fits perfectly into the Citroën range between the C5 X (4.80 m) and the C4 hatchback (4.36 m). The 2.67 m wheelbase is identical to the latter.
From the side, the dynamic roof line of the car flows gracefully from the top of the windscreen to the upper panel of the tailgate to give a fastback shape with a perfect stance. Aerodynamics are optimised thanks to the fast and clean roof line of the bodywork, which results in a drag coefficient of CX 0.29.
New LED rear lights
New distinctive LED rear lights echo the front light signature. They pick up the sculpted lines of the boot opening and end in an arrow shape in front of the rear door, which further reinforces the dynamism of the body.

INTELLIGENT BEAM HEADLIGHTS
This function controls the activation of main and dipped beam headlights, depending on the traffic, when vehicles are detected approaching from the front or overtaking.
This system provides optimal light for night driving.
360° VISION
This feature facilitates manoeuvres by displaying on the touchscreen a 360° view from the top of the car of the surrounding area. This technology offers 3 different views and selects the most suitable for the manoeuvre in progress. The desired view can also be selected manually for peace of mind. Parking has never been so easy!
ACTIVE LANE DEPARTURE WARNING SYSTEM
This system uses a camera that recognises broken and unbroken lines. If the vehicle moves close to the line without the indicators having been activated, it gently steers the car to stay in its original lane. This technology helps keep the driver alert and safe.
ADML PROXIMITY (HANDS-FREE IGNITION)
This system lets you lock/unlock and start your car without taking the keys out. The car recognises its driver as soon as they approach for extra convenience.
BLIND SPOT MONITORING SYSTEM
This monitoring function is particularly useful on multi-lane roads. An orange light in the corner of the wing mirrors warns you of a vehicle in your blind spot.
REAR VIEW CAMERA WITH TOP REAR VISION
As soon as reverse gear is engaged, the camera displays the view behind the vehicle on the touchscreen, accompanied by colour markers, as well as an image of its rear environment at 180°. When approaching an obstacle, the camera zooms in automatically. Available on select trim levels.
ACTIVE SAFETY BRAKE
This emergency braking system limits the risk of collision. It operates from 3 mph with fixed or moving objects and with pedestrians. If a collision risk is detected, a warning is given to the driver. Without any reaction from the latter, the system automatically slows down the vehicle to avoid a collision.
EXTENDED SIGN RECOGNITION AND SPEED RECOMMENDATION
This system informs drivers of the speed limit to be respected. When the camera detects a speed sign, the driver can accept the speed recommendation and use it as the speed for the cruise control or speed limiter. The system also detects Stop and One Way signs.
UP TO 20 DRIVING ASSISTANCE SYSTEMS
