*For connected vehicles ordered after 1st July 2023, Citroën proposes a package offer of connected services with the Connect ONE and Connect PLUS packs on top of other stand-alone services. Customers who already ordered a connected vehicle before 1st July 2023 should check the availability of connected services and the subscription terms for their connected vehicles in the Citroën's service store. We recommend entering the Vehicle Identification Number into the Citroën's service store to check, activate, or subscribe the eligible offers.” Please click here for more information.

Citroën informs its new customers that for vehicles with warranty date starts from July 1st 2025, the connected services included in the Connect ONE and Connect PLUS packs are set to evolve to guarantee a better user experience and adaptation to market challenges. These changes may include the addition, updating or modification of the distribution of connected services in the packs. 

Customers are invited to regularly consult the general conditions of use available on the Citroën connected services portal to stay informed of changes. 

In the event of a substantial change, a notification will be sent to the users concerned.
