On our website, browse our full range of vehicles, then use the online configurator to choose your model, colour, engine, interior, and any extras you’d like.
You can also view our latest offers and personalise your finance — adjusting the term length, mileage, and deposit to suit your budget.
At the moment, online orders are available with Personal Contract Purchase (PCP) through Stellantis Financial Services UK, our official finance partner. If you’re interested in other finance options, your local Citroën Retailer will be happy to help.

What finance options are available online?
PCP (Personal Contract Purchase) is currently the only available finance option on this website.
Other finance options are available but currently only through our network of Citroën retailers.
What is PCP finance?
PCP means Personal Contract Purchase and is a way of financing a vehicle purchase.
With Personal Contract Purchase (PCP), you can purchase your vehicle with a deposit, monthly payments and, if you wish to own the vehicle at the end, a balloon payment (also know as the Guaranteed Future Value). Since you won’t have to pay for part of the car until the end of the contract, this gives you additional flexibility.
I currently own a car. Can I use it as a part exchange?
Yes — if you already own a car, you can use it as part exchange towards your new Citroën.
On our website, you can get an estimated valuation for your current vehicle to give you a rough idea of what it might be worth.
For a firm valuation, simply contact your local Citroën Retailer. They’ll inspect your car and provide a confirmed offer.
If I order online, how long it will take for me to get my new car?
When you order online, we’ll show you an estimated lead time based on the car you have chosen.

How to use a promo code?
To use a promo code, on Citroën Store, simply pick the model and trim that you're interested in, personalise it the way you like and then go to the Order Summary page by clicking Continue. On the Order Summary page, you'll see a box labelled ADD A PROMO CODE. Simply add the code you've been given into this box and then click on the Apply button to receive the discount.

Sustainability
In the interests of sustainability and reducing the carbon footprint, the New ë-C5 Aircross introduces a lot of sustainable solutions, starting with the seat covers that are made from recycled fabrics.
Overall, the car contains 47 kg of plastic made from recycled or bio-sourced materials, 160 kg of recycled metal parts and 20% recycled tyres. It is also the first car in the world to incorporate vine shoots into its design (clear plastic in the door and console storage areas incorporates 20% vine shoots, sourced from organic vineyards in Burgundy and processed locally). Lastly, the New ë-C5 Aircross contains no leather and the use of chrome is very limited.
The quality of "Made in France" expertise
Designed and engineered in France, New ë-C5 Aircross is assembled at Citroën's historic plant in Rennes (Brittany).
The 97 kWh battery pack (Long range) is produced at the ACC gigafactory in Douvrin (Nord). Both battery packs (73 or 97 kWh) are assembled directly at the Rennes plant.
The electric drive module (EDM) is designed and produced in France (Trémery).
The e-Powertrain electric machine is a permanent magnet synchronous motor produced in Trémery (France).
Finally, the inverter – positioned between the battery and the electric motor – is manufactured and produced by Stellantis in Valenciennes (France).
