In the event of an accident, one call to the Citroën Accident Assistance team means that we will deal with all aspects of the claim for you.
Make sure you save 0800 197 2046 into your phone and whenever you need us, Citroën Accident Assistance are here to help. We'll arrange for your vehicle to be sent to an approved Citroën Accident Repair Centre (If the vehicle isn’t driveable, we’ll have it recovered). Rest assured that your Citroën will be worked on by highly trained technicians using approved parts.

And we'll provide you with a replacement vehicle whilst yours is off the road. Simple and completely free of charge.


In the event of an accident, one call to 0800 197 2046, Citroën Accident Assistance, and we will give you all the support you need.  From getting your car to a Citroën Accident Repair Centre to arranging a courtesy car whilst yours is off the road.  Lines are open 24/7.  You can also reach Citroën Assistance from the Contact and Assistance section of the My Citroën app.


If your car is fitted with the Citroën Connect Box (standard or optional depending on the version), you can contact Citroën Assistance by simply pressing the black button located above your rear-view mirror. In the event of a collision, a call will automatically be made to Citroën Assistance, which can send help immediately if necessary.

Petrol, Diesel & Hybrid vehicles: All new Citroëns are covered, free of charge, for 12 months starting from the date of registration.


Electric vehicles: Are covered, free-of-charge, for 3 years or 100,000 (whichever occurs first), starting from the date of registration.


If you sell your vehicle within the free cover period, the remaining cover is transferred to the new owner.
