Electronic Vehicle Health Check is an innovative service to provide you with reassurance whilst your vehicle is with us. The service allows the workshop to inform you if, during the work on your vehicle, they identify additional work that needs to be performed that was not initially planned.
Your service centre can then send you a video of your vehicle to demonstrate what has been identified enabling you to approve the work remotely and in complete transparency. The work proposed, which you are of course free to accept or refuse, can be sent to you by text message or email, saving you time.

It’s free for a minimum of three years, or for as long as you own the vehicle and are eligible for MyCitroën. All you have to do is sign up.

If your vehicle is equipped with our Connect Box Emergency & Assistance System we’ll be able to remotely activate your vehicle and start providing you with this free of charge service.
