Experience ultimate convenience with collection & delivery. 
Our workshop team will come to you, pick up your car and will bring it back once the work on your vehicle has been carried out.

DIGITAL VEHICLE HEALTH CHECK*

You'll see it all

Once your Citroën has been dropped off at the workshop and before any work is carried out, a vehicle health check will be completed and filmed by your technician.  
 
If they notice that additional work is required, they will let you know by sending you this video and explaining what needs to be done. It's then up to you to say yes or no to them carrying out the work.

Where possible, we’ll offer you a courtesy car, so you can carry on with the school run or weekly shop.

DIGITAL SERVICE RECORD

Stay in the loop with your Citroën's maintenance

With Digital Service Record you can view your Citroën’s servicing information and be notified of any upcoming maintenance work.

 

Simply download the MyCitroën app and activate your Digital Service Record by making an appointment with your local retailer.

With Telemaintenance, if your Citroën develops an issue or is due a service, we’ll let you know. 

It’s free for a minimum of three years, or for as long as you own the vehicle.
