EXTENDED WARRANTY

Extended warranty (i) Extra coverage for your vehicle after the manufacturer warranty has expired that covers all manufacturing defects due to failure on mechanical, electrical and electronic components, for the duration and mileage range of your Citroën Extended Warranty plan. 

 

If you want to enjoy peace of mind for longer you can extend your Citroën’s warranty, so long as:

 

  • Your vehicle is less than 10 years old
  • Has covered less than 100,000 miles
  • Is covered by a Citroen Manufacturer, Approved, Extended or Renewal Warranty

  • Scheduled Servicing - following the manufacturer intervals due within the time and/or mileage chosen.
  • Maintenance items – replacement of items subject to wear such as brake pads, brake discs, wiper blades & shock absorbers
  • Parts failure - replacement or repair of faulty mechanical, electrical, or electronic parts
  • Infotainment – replacement or repair of faulty components of the infotainment systems. This includes any infotainment display unit within the vehicle & i-toggles.
  • MOT - Your MOT inspection will be covered on plans with a term of 3 years or over

 

SERVICE CARE PREMIUM

 

Service Care Premium plans can be used alongside our Citroën We Care service activated cover. Citroën We Care is available only on qualifying passenger cars. This will allow you to build a level of cover for service, maintenance and repair that suits your needs. Service Care Premium includes:

 

  • Scheduled Servicing - following the manufacturer intervals due within the time and/or mileage chosen.
  • Maintenance items – replacement of items subject to wear such as brake pads, brake discs, wiper blades & shock absorbers
  • Parts failure (applies to ICE, MHEV and PHEV vehicles only) -  If your vehicle is either a petrol or diesel (also known as Internal combustion engines (ICE)), a mild-hybrid electric vehicles (MHEV) or a plug-in hybrid electric vehicle (PHEV). Replacement or repair of faulty mechanical, electrical, or electronic parts is included. But will not apply to the replacement or repair of faulty  components of the engine, gearbox and/or transmission.
  • Infotainment – consists of the replacement or repair of faulty components of the infotainment systems. This includes any infotainment display unit within the vehicle & i-toggles.
  • MOT - Your MOT inspection will be covered on plans with a term of 3 years or over
